- To assess the change in the AONL competencies among the Fellows who completed the HKU JC Nursing Leadership Development Fellowship Programme
- To evaluate the change in organizational culture (in patient safety and innovation) within the immediate unit/ward of the Fellows who completed the HKU JC Nursing Leadership Development Fellowship Programme
- To assess the improvement in satisfaction, complications, and quality of life of the patients under the care of the Fellows who completed the Nursing Leadership Development Fellowship Programme
- To assess the improvement in efficiency and effectiveness of the healthcare system
