The HKU JC Nursing Leadership Development Fellowship, generously funded by the Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust, focuses on nurturing a quality nursing workforce with enhanced leadership knowledge and capabilities in Hong Kong.
The Fellowship is dedicated to nursing leadership development through multiple streams of educational interventions targeting different levels of nurses.
The ultimate goals of the Fellowship are to address nursing skill mix challenges, meet the needs of health care system reform, and the rising demand for health care services in Hong Kong.
