Overseas Intensive Leadership Training
Both Case Western Reserve University and University of Oxford provide overseas trainings for a total of 5 cohorts of fellows (Advance and Intermediate levels) in each Cohort.
- Orientation and initial launch
- CWRU: 1-week overseas immersion (2 batches for intermediate level)
- Oxford: 1-week overseas immersion
- Nursing leadership content sessions & clinical site visits (as appropriate)
- Post-immersion coaching sessions (as appropriate)

- In collaboration with Marian K. Shaughnessy Nurse Leadership Academy at Frances Payne Bolton School of Nursing, CWRU
- Training venue within Samson Pavilion, Health Education Campus building, Cleveland Clinic Main Campus
- During the 7-day Immersion at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, OH, Fellows engage with international experts on global health, health policy, leadership, and more. Hosted by the Marian K. Shaughnessy Nurse Leadership Academy, the experience includes ongoing mentorship with a nurse leader to support each Fellow’s growth throughout the program and completion of a scholarly project.

Supporting the transition to transformational leadership, the programme will enable you to exert more influence across your teams, organisation and the system in Hong Kong.
