The Orientation Session for the 3rd HKU JC Nursing Leadership Fellowship Programme was held at the University of Hong Kong. Professor Sophia Chan introduced the Programme’s vision, objectives, and curriculum to help students navigate their learning journey ahead.
The Programme aims to strengthen nursing professionals’ knowledge, leadership, and management capabilities; enhance the quality of Hong Kong’s nursing workforce; improve patient care and health outcomes; and contribute to the development of local and international healthcare systems.
Focused on six key areas — knowledge sharing, professional development, mentorship, advocacy and policy influence, research and innovation, and empowerment — the Programme prepares students for meaningful impact.
We look forward to seeing the 3rd cohort translate every learning opportunity into action, advancing healthcare with empathy, courage, and vision.
