HKU JC Nursing Leadership Development Fellowship Symposium on 16 November 2025
Symposium Theme: Empowered to Lead: Shaping Healthcare Through Nursing Excellence
The NLDF Symposium brought together a diverse and influential group of participants to foster collaboration and knowledge exchange. In addition to over 260 nursing fellows from Cohort I and Cohort II, the event welcomeed more than 400 guests, including distinguished guests from HKU senior management, overseas partner universities, The Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust, and four core nurse employers, including the Hospital Authority, private hospitals under The Hong Kong Private Hospitals Association, District Health Centres and DHC Expresses, and the Department of Health of the HKSAR Government. Advisory Board members of the HKU JC NLDF Programme and nursing professionals from Hong Kong, the Greater Bay Area and Mainland China also joined us, creating a unique platform for networking, showcasing best practices, and strengthening partnerships across the healthcare sector.
